Things you should know

PrisonConnect is not approved or endorsed by any Australian correctional authority.

Correctional authorities in some states prohibit services that redirect calls or forward them to another number. PrisonConnect Mobile could be considered a call diversion service, even though you have been approved by the prison to receive calls from your inmate.

If this is the case in your state, our PrisonConnect Cloud service terminates call on an app and does not involve redirecting or forwarding the call.

If in doubt, consult the relevant prison authorities.
