No forwarding or redirections
Calls are not redirected to your mobile so you can use our Fixed service for prisons that don’t allow redirections or forwarding numbers.

Getting the app installed is as simple as downloading from the Apple App store or Google Play Store. We’ll give you a QR code to scan that will set the app up automatically.

How it works
Local Number
We give you a standard fixed line phone number that can receive calls from your loved one’s prison at local rates.
Incoming Call
Incoming calls are sent to an iOS or Android App installed on your phone or device.
Your App
Your phone rings like normal and you answer the call. There’s no redirection to your mobile number so it’s suitable for prisons that ban redirections.
An active internet connection is required for this service and the quality of your internet will affect the quality of your calls.
