Incoming prison calls are forwarded to your mobile number using the standard telephone network.
Your mobile rings as normal
Your phone rings just as it would for any other call to your mobile number.
No Internet required
You don’t need an internet connection to receive calls and calls do not use any of your internet data allowance.
No App needed
There’s no app to install and your phone is not changed in any way.
How it works
Local Number
We give you a standard fixed line phone number that can receive calls from your loved one’s prison at local rates.
Incoming Call
When your inmate calls your landline number, we call your mobile over the standard mobile phone network. It doesn’t use the internet (VoIP) and works where ever you have mobile voice coverage.
Your Mobile
When you answer the call on your mobile, we join the incoming call from the prison to the outgoing call to your mobile, and you’re connected to the people who matter to you.
